Guardora Safety was created through the convergence of American leadership, global perspective, and a longstanding manufacturing foundation in China. Before joining the board of the glove factory established by his family, our founder built over a decade of experience in senior management roles for American companies across international markets and later became a partner at a strategy consulting firm. With this background, he saw an opportunity to elevate the glove industry by bringing stronger communication, transparency, and integrity into a production ecosystem ready for modernization and renewed global collaboration.

Since 2005, our manufacturing facility in Gaomi, China has produced more than 1.5 billion pairs of protective gloves through six production lines with a monthly capacity exceeding seven million pairs. The factory is not only a high-capacity manufacturer but also a recognized domestic glove brand in China, built on years of reliable performance and strong technical capability. Guardora Safety operates under Berkshire Pacifica Holdings, a California company that provides leadership, governance, and international commercial support. This structure allows customers to choose whether to contract through our U.S. entity or directly with our factory in Gaomi—offering flexibility in compliance, logistics, and business terms.
